Terms and Conditions

 1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement represents the full and complete understanding between Alex Entertainment & Rentals and Customer. This writing supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements or understandings, either written or oral, between the parties. If any party to this agreement wishes to alter or amend any of the terms set forth herein, such alterations must be set forth in a written document and signed by all relevant and necessary parties. The client agrees to pay the full hour even though we played 10-15 min on what was agreed on this contract. 

2. CLIENT CAPACITY TO CONTRACT: Client affirms that he/she is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter a contract with Alex Entertainment & Rentals 

3. RESERVATION: Upon client's signature, Alex Entertainment & Rentals will reserve the time and date agreed upon above. For this reason, the Reservation retainer of 35% on the value of the contract is non-refundable. (If the customer fails to pay the full 35% or portion of the deposit, the contract automatically cancels). The reservation retainer is to be paid at the time of signing this contract. The reservation retainer is applied towards the total contracted amount. (Note: Reservation on less than 24 Hours would be a Rush Fee of $100.00 + addition customer most paid the 50%-100% on the value of the contract, contact us at 323-400-7363 for more details) 

4. Cancellations & Postdates: If the client desires to cancel his/her event most be notify days after the event no longer than 24 hours may result cancellation penalty of $100.00 and the non-refund deposit on what he/she paid already. If the above-mentioned reservation retainer is forfeited, an additional retainer of $100.00 (The client can also postdate he/she event if Alex Entertainment & Rentals, has the date request available, in case Alex Entertainment has the date available it would become a Redo New Service Contract and the customer would need to pay the additional to transfer the deposit into the new date was request, and the previous date can be cancelled with a sign document) will be required to secure a new service date. 

5. PAYMENT: The client understands and agrees that the remaining amount is due 2 days prior to the event. Payment shall be made in the form of Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card. (NOTE: Customer can also pay the remaining balance at the schedule date of the event or rental before been set up or after set up has been completed) Failure to make required payments on the schedule will result in a breach of contract and the client will forfeit event coverage with no refund of monies having previously been paid by the client. If the client cancels the services that are the subject of this contract prior to the service date for any reason, regardless of fault, the entire retainer shall be forfeited and will result in the cancellation of this contract by Alex Entertainment & Rentals. If the cancellation occurs by client for any reason within two weeks prior to the event date and Alex Entertainment & Rentals is not able to find comparable employment through ordinary due diligence for the date of the event, Alex Entertainment & Rentals shall reserve the right to demand, and client agrees to pay, full payment of the contract amount contained herein, It would be a late fee if the customer don’t pay on time after the event subject fee additional $150.00 for late payment and in addition $15 per day. The client agrees to pay further charges like Valet Parking, or any other extras on what Alex Entertainment & Rentals won’t be able to cover. If the client would like us to stay overtime the fee will be assessed as follows $100.00 per hour for any additional hour's request by the client after the time agreed has finished, also events sign as PER EVENT they also count as overtime. 

6. RECEPTION PLANNER: The client will be responsible for completing and returning a reception planner in a timely manner, but not less than prior to the scheduled service date, to Alex Entertainment & Rentals. The role of the reception planner is to provide Alex Entertainment & Rentals with the necessary information needed to provide satisfactory services on the date requested. It is recommended that the client provide Alex Entertainment & Rentals with a list of all requested songs, power points, videos and ceremonious rituals that the client wishes to have during the contracted service time. Alex Entertainment & Rentals will make every possible effort, within reason, to provide the items requested on the reception planning sheet. 

7. VENUE OBLIGATIONS: To provide the services contemplated in this contract, Alex Entertainment & Rentals must have the full cooperation of the venue / staff assistance of the event where said services are to be rendered. Alex Entertainment & Rentals must also be provided with the following equipment at the venue where services will be rendered: allocate closed parking with at least two parking space available closed to the venue (equipment its bigger and heavy to be carry around & area most be cleared of any obstacle, if it would be on a second floor please be assure there’s elevator available, if we need to carry the equipment thought the stair ways it would be additional fee that it would add into your contract $250.00 to carry the equipment though the stairways) an electrical power source (power generator are available for rent for additional cost if needed, please be sure to contact us ahead of time for request), and any applicable public entertainment licenses required by law for the venue where services will be rendered. Alex Entertainment & Rentals will not be responsible for the above-mentioned items and if these items are not provided by the venue where services will be rendered, Alex Entertainment & Rentals shall not be held liable for the inability to provide the services obligated under this contract. It is the client's responsibility, not that of Alex Entertainment & Rentals, to ensure that the necessary equipment is provided by the venue.

8. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Alex Entertainment & Rentals warrants and declares that every effort will be made to provide high-quality entertainment services. In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative service. Alex Entertainment & Rentals will make every effort to secure a replacement and/or willing to provide similar entertainment services under this contract. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received under this contract. 

9. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS: This contract has been freely negotiated and shall be recognized as the entirety of the agreement. Only those changes or modifications specifically placed in writing, attached, dated and signed by the client and Alex Entertainment & Rentals at the time acceptance of such terms shall be recognized as amendments to this contract. 

 10. Equipment Rental: Alex Entertainment & Rentals proving the best equipment for the customers customer would be responsible for any equipment leased by Alex Entertainment & Rentals, he/she most paid any damage cause by the guest or renter, in addition to avoid damages fees customer would agree to pay the damage waiver, it's like little insurance where it waves any damages causes by guest or renter, most equipment are protected by the damage waiver except broke equipment or steal (Equipment covers Damage Waiver: Photo Booths, Cold Sparks Machines, Fog Machines, Lighting, Truss, TV’s, Microphones, Furniture Rental, Party Rental, LED Dance Floors, Speakers) if the customer decline the Damage Waiver he/she most paid the damages cause by the customer or guest, the renter would need to paid either the replacement or fixed cost, Customer can pick up the equipment from our warehouse location and would need to provide Valid Driver License & Valid Credit Card in addition refundable deposit from $50-$350.00, deposit would be fully refundable when the equipment has been returned in a good condition has been gave to the customer & fully inspected, missing items customer would have 24 hours to return it or they would lost the secure deposit, Late rental would be charge as additional day. Equipment can be set up and delivered, the Rental Contract agreement must need to be paid in full balance day before delivery, in addition would be $50.00 extra for delivery + the contract agreement & damage waiver. 

11. Photo Booths: Photo Booth rental are available for rent all day or with an operator, customer most have space available with a closer electrical outlet, space require 10x10, all photo booths can’t not place on dirt, or any wet areas, kids most always be attend with a supervisor of adult or pictures would be deny, all pictures was taken at the event it would be delivery to the customer via email or SMS with a link where customers can download instantly on their mobile device or computer, link would only have access for 30 days after 30 days would be set to lock. 360 Photo booths is a video photo booth & not printouts, guest is going received a link via text message where they can download and save it on their phone. (Note: 360 photo booth or regular photo booth most need to have good internet connection, enable your guest can received the pictures or video, in case it’s not internet or not strong enough the videos or photos would set as queued and it would send once its fully connected into a Wi-Fi or regular network connection) Alex Entertainment 8 Rentals have the right and permission to shared media as marketing on social media. 

12. Fees: Alex Entertainment has fees on what the customer requests or purchases out of our DJ or Photo Booth Services such as DIY Custom Monograms, Slide Shows, Music Mix, Service Call Visits, or Rental Equipment. PAYMENT POLICY A 30% deposit is required to confirm your contract and full payment will be due 5 days prior to the earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services. Additional convenience fees may apply. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure availability of all services and products, deposits are non-refundable. You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies
